The Room offers embodied experiential learning that addresses human-AI dynamics grounded in two research-led case studies and the challenges that are alive in The Room. It works with what gets in the way – the unconscious assumptions about authority, accountability and professional identity that shape whether AI decisions land or stall. It draws on the Tavistock Institute’s 75+ years of practice in systems-psychodynamic work and pairs it with hands-on AI strategy and product expertise that you can use in your organisation the next day.
