A subcontracted project to research for and produce a literature review for partner research organisation GHK.

The approach was a web based search for materials relevant to in-company trainers, a synthesis of these materials, from which we derived key issues facing In company trainers. The output was a short literature review which focused widely on the EU context and current examples of best practice.
