The Practitioner Certificate in Consulting and Change (P3C) certificated programme provides a unique educational experience for business executives and OD professionals from diverse sectors and from all over the world.

Experiential and theoretical enrichment through working with the emergent in the moment, rather than the planned, develops the reflexivity of participants as they lead and adapt to change.

The programme draws on core Tavistock Institute understandings of systems psychodynamics and organisational change and interweaves this with recent understandings in complexity theory and postmodern theories of organisation, all in relation to particular environments in flux.

This deep learning experience brings to the surface unconscious group dynamics, made evident through scenarios and simulations which are then used to address the cohort’s current organisational dilemmas over the course of the programme. The experiential learning is supported by reflection, feedback and theory study.
