I’m a Business Support Officer at the Tavistock Institute, working closely with the Research & Consultancy team to support business development, project coordination, and operational processes. My role involves collaborating across the organisation to improve efficiency, streamline internal processes, and ensure projects run smoothly.
I’ve always been curious about the human mind and cognitive development, particularly the unconscious mind—how it shapes behaviour, influences decisions and drives creativity. My curiosity also extends to understanding organisational change, exploring how businesses operate, adapt and evolve. In particular, I’m interested in the tools and strategies that enhance efficiency, ensuring that systems support both people and purpose.
Being part of the Tavistock Institute feels like a natural fit for me, as its work aligns with my passion for enabling learning and change—whether at an individual, organisational or societal level. There’s always something new to learn, and I look forward to developing myself further, gaining new insights and adding value by contributing to meaningful projects.
