Are you grappling with complexity and change, in your own organisation or on behalf of a client?
Are you curious about yourself, and about the group dynamics you’re part of?
Do you want to learn the craft of designing interventions that support and sustain change?
In this one-hour session you will:
- Meet the programme directors, Juliet Scott, Prof. John Curran and Dr Kerstin Junge
- Get a short taste of how P3C works, and meet others considering the programme along the way
- Hear how the four modules and the Organisational Exchange fit together
- Find out about the portfolio, time commitment and fees
- Ask your questions
P3C is a practice-first programme. Learning happens through a variety of experiences and settings. Your cohort becomes a temporary organisation, one you are part of and studying at the same time. You will create an Organisational Exchange that runs through the programme, visiting one another’s organisations, being visited in your own, and learning from the exchange as a whole and complex system. You will bring live cases to work on with your peers. The consultancy cycle, from contracting to evaluation, frames the programme, and within it you explore the unconscious dynamics of organisational change. Your practice comes together in a certificated portfolio.
This approach earned P3C the highest practice score of any programme in the Global Organisation Development Programmes 2026 report*, which ranked it third of 100 worldwide, one of only ten rated as demonstrating “exceptional combined evidence”.
The programme draws on the Tavistock Institute’s thinking in systems psychodynamics, group relations and socio-technical systems, and continues to evolve with contemporary OD practice. Participants work with complexity and aesthetic inquiry, explore developmental and participatory approaches to evaluation, and take part in an AI simulation exploring how people and technology shape each other at work.
