Jen Spalding

Jen Spalding is an experienced organisation development consultant, executive and team coach, and supervisor. 

She works with individuals, teams and systems to uncover unspoken dynamics, build greater awareness, and support meaningful, sustainable change. Her background spans senior roles in HR, leadership development and change consultancy, and she now works within a team of coaches and consultants with clients across financial services, legal, healthcare, energy, and the arts.

Jen is particularly interested in how team coaching can transform the lived experience of teams within organisations and create of shifts in organisational culture, especially during times of difficult change, mergers or restructuring. She helps teams better understand their role within the wider system and supports leaders to stay curious in the face of uncertainty and complexity.

She holds an MSc in Executive Coaching from Ashridge Business School, is an Ashridge-accredited coach, and a Senior Practitioner with the EMCC. A member of the Tavistock community since 2015, she is a graduate of the P3C and Supervision programmes, and now supervises on the Tavistock Executive Coaching Programme.

Outside work, Jen loves long walks, strong tea and rich conversations.
