The Tavistock Community began at our 70th Anniversary Festival in 2017, emerging from the Activating the Alumni open space event.
Since then, the Tavistock Community has been garnering a body of alumni and work colleagues, meeting online regularly and building a space to develop practice, exchange ideas, expand learning and work together to create new partnerships and work groups, all supported by Tavistock methodologies.
At the Tavistock Institute, learning is ongoing even if you have completed one of our programmes or your project with us has finished. Therefore, the Tavistock Community is a self-organised opportunity to continue your learning, and evolve, expand and develop it with the help and support of fellow members and Tavistock staff.
Last June, we hosted the first Tavistock Community Annual Gathering at the Tavistock Institute. It was a great success, with over 50 Tavistock staff, friends and alumni meeting together. This year, we have not let Covid-19 deter us, and will be holding our second Annual Gathering virtually.
The second Annual Gathering takes place on Monday, 29 June 2020 via Zoom from 17:15pm until 19:45pm (BST).
We warmly welcome you, whether you have been a member at a Leicester conference or you have participated in one of our programmes, events or seminars or have worked with us and continue to be interested in our ideas and methodologies.
