Synthesis report published.
Last year the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations (TIHR) took part in a programme of research, funded by the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) examining how best to delivery benefits from the introduction of smart meters.
A key aspect of our role was in supporting our partners, the Environmental Change Institute, Oxford and the University of Ulster, in the use of a theory based approach to the synthesis of findings from the Smart Metering Early Learning Project.
The final report: Smart Metering Early Learning Project: synthesis report has just been published. It can be downloaded here.
