Digital Surgery
Our Digital Surgery provides a confidential space for business leaders and managers; consultants, coaches and other professionals to explore how to work more efficiently and effectively in the digital world. Taking place regularly on Zoom to discuss and unpack the challenges that are presented by working online, the surgeries aim to support individuals and teams to work more effectively in this ever-evolving world.
Deepening Creative Practice with Organisations
This year sees the start of our second cohort of Deepening Creative Practice with organisations, a boundary transcending opportunity where one can explore their whole selves in relation to organisational leadership as well as their individual creativity. This trans-disciplinary programme weaves together the arts and social science and is focused on experimentation, reflection and risk. Organisational Consultancy: Working with Dynamics
If you are looking to participate virtually this year, we are offering Organisational Consultancy: Working with Dynamics as a completely online programme, beginning in September 2021. It’s the only advanced systems psychodynamic consultancy programme in Europe. Apply before 31 July for a £400 Early Bird discount.
Launching Young Leaders
For those aged 18-35, we offer both a virtual series on Self-Leadership and the annual Young Leaders 1-day workshop. Launching Young Leaders introduces you to Tavistock approaches to leadership and how these ideas can transform the way you show up. Certificate in Dynamics @ Board Level
Our renowned programme, Dynamics @ Board Level, will also be taking place online this year. We will be running two D@BL programmes during two different periods of the day in order to accommodate people attending in different time zones. It will begin in May and June 2021. There is no better programme available that provides such a rich, in-depth understanding of boardroom dynamics and how to manage them.
Certificate in Supervision for Coaching & Consultancy
Supervision for Coaching & Consultancy is designed for coaches and consultants with at least 5 years’ experience who wish to become a supervisor.
