Experiential learning

the work happens in the room, in real time, in approaches derived from group relations conferences
How does experiential learning make organisational dynamics visible and workable?

Simulations, intergroup events and structured group processes - managed by skilled consultants trained in group relations methods - can allow participants to gain insights into their workplace dynamics and find ways to work with them.

Participants learn about group dynamics by encountering them directly and develop the capacity to work with what they find.
