Steve Hearsum is an experienced board member, trustee and organisational change practitioner.

Steve joined the Tavistock Institute Council in October 2021, having recently stepped down as Co-Chair of the Organisation Development Network Europe, and has been a Chair and/or board member of various not for profits and commercial organisations. A career in telecommunications was followed by commercial and consulting roles at The Guardian and Observer newspapers. Since then, he has run his own consulting businesses, interspersed with four years at the Roffey Park Institute and faculty roles on other MA OD programmes.

Completing an MSc in Change Agent Skills & Strategies at the University of Surrey, he recently completed the Tavistock Institute Certification in Coaching and Consulting Supervision, further grounding himself in the Tavistock community.
