Rhiannon Copeland
I joined The Tavistock Institute in 2023 at the beginning of my career in research, excited to learn more about dynamic research processes and contribute to positive social change through research.
My professional background rests in the third sector, most recently having worked for a social-care charity. Here, I learnt the importance of user-led services and co-production when delivering projects. I hope to apply these principles in my work at The Tavistock Institute with particular reference to qualitative research and case studies.
With an education in language and linguistics, I am particularly interested in the way language can shape our view of the world as well as how it may enact bias. I am also looking forward to using my French skills to build upon partnerships with Francophone organisations. In my spare time I enjoy ballet dancing, cooking new recipes and exploring the East End of London where I live.
