Hafija Bibi

I recently joined the Tavistock Institute (in January 2025) as Professional Development Administrator working as part of the Finance and Operations team. 

My role is to support the Professional Development programmes from start to finish, navigating the participants through their experiences with us and supporting the Programme Directors. 

I am a graduate of Psycho-social Studies which dives into understanding the levels of our consciousness and the impact it has on our behaviour and everyday decisions. My preferences, training and orientation fit well with the approach of the Tavistock Institute and the concepts we work with, including ‘Group Relations’, ‘Human Relations’ and ‘System Psychodynamics’.

My goal is to contribute to the excellent team network here by ensuring our Professional Development programmes run smoothly and to strive for continuous improvement. The Professional Development team is already teaching me new concepts and ideas which I believe will guide me to understand the business better and help me look forward to learning something new everyday.
