Georgina Gray is an accomplished commercial leader with 20 years of experience working with leading global media companies, including BBC and The Walt Disney. 

Adept at understanding strategic and commercial imperatives and organisation, she led multiple projects of business growth through transformation and business change, including value proposition design and development of digital vision and the roadmap.

Currently Georgina is a Commercial Lead at Informa Tech.

Georgina has MSc in International Literature, NLP Practitioner Diploma and recently graduated from Executive Management Programme in Digital Transformation at INSEAD Business School.

At a personal level, she thrives on curiosity and innovation. This, combined with creativity and commercial acumen, inspires her to challenge the status quo and seek out new angles to transform the business. 

Georgina has keen interest in organisational change and factors that impact business, including ESG, socioeconomic aspects, marketplace dynamism and social studies honouring the human agency and human relationships at work. 

She shares the TIHR’s mission and passion that that organisations can, and must, do better and she has strived to represent the greater good in her years of corporate work.

As a Trustee of the Tavistock Institute, she aims to enhance her personal and career development while contributing from experience in business, marketing and partnerships management to help Tavistock Institute navigate purpose and profit.
