Is ‘doing the right thing’ becoming increasingly complex in your leadership role?
Do you often find yourself stuck in ethical dilemmas and feeling uneasy, even fearful?
As the complexity increases, do you find you lack the space to reflect, think, stay with uneasiness of decision and make the decision in which you feel true to yourself?

Traditional leadership models are struggling to keep pace with our world of rapid technological change and social fragmentation. It’s no longer enough to have ethical intent; we need a practical how to bridge the gap between ethical thinking and everyday practice.

Join us for a one-hour online discovery session designed for both experienced and emergent leaders. This session offers a glimpse into our six-month Ethics in Leadership programme, rooted in the renowned Tavistock approach of experiential learning.

What to expect:

  • Meet Milda and Karen, the programme directors
  • A taste of the how of ethics - get a glimpse of the theoretical and practical frameworks needed to navigate relational strain and unintended harm
  • How this programme is different from traditional leadership programmes
  • An overview of the programme and the time commitment required
  • Time for Q&A

Who should attend:

Established and emergent leaders who recognise their role in moving organisations towards a sustainable future but are looking for the inner capacities and tools to lead with courage, integrity, and care.
