Discover the Leicester Conference as it marks its 80th year

Directors and alumni will introduce the conference, share insights into its unique format, and answer any questions you may have.

The Leicester Conference is the 14-day experiential learning event that provides space to reflect and contemplate, within a global cohort, how you lead and follow.

For many decades, we have offered this two-week unique opportunity and now we are planning the 80th Leicester Conference.

Designed for those who are deeply invested in understanding their relationship to leadership and authority in complex, uncertain contexts, this is the home of learning by experience and a conference like no other.

So what is it really like?

Join our online Discovery session to find out more. We invite you to share an hour with Conference Directors and alumni to share experiences and ask questions.

Early Bird discount for Leicester Conference: apply by Tuesday 31 March 2026
