The Institute for Leadership and Transformation (TILT) was founded in 2015 and is based in Pretoria, South Africa. TILT works with an international network of associates to provide organisational consultancy and professional development opportunities to a variety of clients, from large corporates and government departments to small businesses and NGOs. They make use of insights and methodologies from Group Relations, complexity theory, systems psychodynamics and action research – all in order to assist consultants, leaders and organisations in their ongoing process of reflection, improvement and transformation.

Our work with TILT

The Tavistock Institute of Human Relations and TILT has presented Group Relations Conferences in the greater Johannesburg area since 2016. We are also co-presenting a Certificate Programme in the Dynamics of Leading and Consulting for leaders and consultants who wish to deepen and expand their ability to work with the unconscious dimensions of leadership and organisations. We also join forces from time to time on organisational consultancy projects.
