Tazi Lorraine Smith is an Associate Consultant at The Tavistock Institute of Human Relations and works as a management consultant in Healthcare.

She is a former Independent Financial Planning Consultant and is currently completing her master’s degree in Management Consulting and Organisational Change at Birkbeck College, University of London.

Tazi is joint editor, with Dr Leslie B Brissett and Dr Mannie Sher, of Dynamics at Board Level: A Tavistock Primer, published this year by Routledge. Tazi is a member of two boards: one in the public sector and the other in the voluntary sector.

Her specialist interests include organisational change, social justice and the contribution that psychoanalytic theory offers to our understanding of groups and organisations.
