Bianca Indipendente

Associate organisational consultant and psychosociologist

Bianca Indipendente, MA MSc, is an organisational consultant and psychosociologist. She is the founder of Elevate4 and creator of the Co-Intelligence platform and Digital Work Experience index™, tools designed to make organisational patterns visible and support teams to think together about what they are enacting.

Her research identified the gap between what teams notice and what they feel authorised to act on and developed infrastructure to close it.

She is a Visiting Lecturer at the Tavistock & Portman NHS Foundation Trust, teaching on the Master’s in Leading and Consulting in Organisations. Her work sits at the intersection of behavioural science, systems-psychodynamic methodology, technology and design, exploring how authority, responsibility and collective thinking are reshaped in AI-mediated and hybrid environments.

She holds an MA from the Tavistock & Portman NHS Foundation Trust, an MSc in Dynamic and Clinical and Social Psychology from La Sapienza University of Rome, and additional training in eco-leadership. She has worked across the NHS, higher education, government and commercial organisations, and previously led the behavioural science function within a data-driven technology company

Elevate4

Elevate4 builds infrastructure for relational intelligence: technology that supports teams to position on how they are working together in AI-mediated environments. By making patterns of authority, responsibility and collaboration visible, it helps systems move from reaction to conscious choice.
