Ripples before the arrival of Covid

Delayed because of  Covid-19, last year’s annual report is finally online. The world has been shaken to its foundations since and the pandemic has demonstrated our vulnerability as humans and societies – the illusion of control has been cracked if not shattered. In these times, what the Tavistock Institute can do to help people, organisations and society to not just survive but flourish in a fundamentally changed reality has become even more crucial – the report shows some of the ripples from our impact before the pandemic arrived.
