We are excited to announce that registration is now open for the first in-person GRC that The New York Center (TNYC) has hosted since 2019.

This conference will be a temporary learning cooperative exploring the conscious and unconscious dynamics that emerge within collective life.

The aim is to examine how ethical imagination is found or lost within a temporary learning cooperative, and how authority, responsibility, and interdependence shape our capacity to face today’s dilemmas.

The conference reimagines familiar Group Relations events. The traditional Institutional Event will be replaced with a Cooperative Matrix where members build real organizational structures together.

A collective art installation will be introduced, that grows alongside the group’s exploration of the temporary organization.

Staff

Directed by Dr. Mónica Velarde Lazarte.
